1. Who we are
DomainWalay is a domain registration service operated by Khalid Group, Karachi, Pakistan. Our sister brands HostingWalay (web hosting) and SSLWalay (SSL certificates) share one client area at my.khalidgroup.co. When you create an account with any of the three, the same account works across all of them.
2. Accepting these terms
By placing an order, opening an account or using this website you accept these terms, the Domain Registration Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the extension specific terms shown on each domain policy page. If you order for a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company.
3. Your account
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for every action taken with your account. Keep your email and phone number current because renewal notices, transfer approvals and security alerts go there. Tell us at once if you think someone else has your password.
4. Orders, prices and payment
Prices are in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. A domain is registered only after payment clears. Registry prices change from time to time, and renewal prices follow those changes. Quotations are valid for the number of days printed on the quote. We accept bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa and cards. Chargebacks without contacting support first can lead to account suspension.
5. Domain services
Domain names are provided under the rules of the registry for each extension and, for generic extensions, ICANN policies. You own the registration for the paid term, subject to those rules. We act as your registrar or reseller of record. Extension specific rules are on each domain policy page and form part of this agreement.
6. Renewals and expiry
We send reminders before expiry. If you do not renew, the domain can stop working, enter redemption with a higher restore fee, and finally be deleted and registered by someone else. Auto renew is available and is your best protection.
7. Transfers
You can transfer a domain to or from DomainWalay at any time the registry allows. Transfer out requests are processed within one working day after identity is confirmed. Some extensions have a 60 day lock after registration or transfer.
8. Acceptable use
Domains must not be used for spam, phishing, malware, fraud, hate content, adult content that is illegal in Pakistan, or any illegal activity. Full rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy. We can suspend a domain that breaks these rules.
9. Support
Support is available on WhatsApp, email and phone during working hours, Monday to Saturday. We help with registration, DNS, transfers and billing. We do not build websites unless you buy a development service from HostingWalay.
10. Limits of our responsibility
We provide the service with care, but we are not responsible for losses caused by registry outages, DNS problems outside our control, expired domains that were not renewed, or actions of third parties. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the last 12 months.
11. Changes and law
We can update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms follow the laws of Pakistan and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction, except that domain disputes follow the dispute policy of the relevant registry.
